All returns or changes are made as long as the garment keeps its labels; It must not be used, altered, dirty or damaged. After 7 days of receiving the order, it can be exchanged only if the garment is defective.

The customer may make changes, maximum 30 days for sizes; as long as it is available or for a product of equal or greater value. Returns are not accepted if the client customizes the garment at the request of the client.

Returns are not accepted outside the respective period (30 days).

Changes or returns of promotional items are not accepted.

If the customer is not satisfied, no money will be refunded. The refund or replacement of the item will be made in the form of a credit note, which will be valid within 1 year without exceptions.

LEONOR RINCON is not responsible for shipping costs, loss or damage caused in returning the garment.

To return your products you must request it through the email contacto@leonorrincon.co, attaching the purchase invoice and details of the problem with the garment.
